One to one and group training with Katy McLarnon

Fitness in a variety of forms has always been in my life. It has been key to my physical and mental well-being. It makes me really happy.

I trained in ballet from an early age and then moved into contemporary dance as part of my Performing Arts degree. Running took over in my 20’s before I discovered outdoor bootcamps. I immediately loved the variety of whole body exercises we did and being outside, whatever the weather, made it even better.

Having qualified as a level 3 NASM (Premier) personal trainer I have been working with clients in a one to one and small group capacity. I love seeing my clients, some of them completely new to exercise, achieving things they never knew were possible for them. I am passionate about making people feel fitter, happier, stronger and more positive.

Training sessions

One to one training

I can work with you to unlock your true fitness potential. Whether you are completely new to exercise or very experienced and wish to take it to the next level, I will help you. I can devise a plan for you, based on your needs to create your own personal targets. I can come to your home or garden or we can meet in your local park, it’s up to you.

Small group training

You don’t want to attend a big class but want to work out with a friend or two? Let me train you and some friends in fun and challenging outdoor sessions. Working out in small groups always brings up the energy and leaves you wanting more.
